This comic reads like a collection of Fiction House leftovers. There was a Prop Powers in Quality's "National Comics" but this doesn't seem to be the same guy. In fact his name has been re-lettered in the opening caption. I looked for other changes but found none because the hero is never called by name in the story!

This cover is some kind of classic! Doesn't visually make a lick of sense but it sure grabs your attention. 'The Atomic Blondeshells' would be a great name for a band. cheers1

Just looking at these again. Found some Atomic comics on another site, so came here to compare. 'Lucky Wings' is a feature in 'Voodoo comics.' So likely the material is originally Ajax-Farrell. Although I've only found one story, and that is different from those in Atomic Comics. I like the character - well-drawn and well-written.
