Unfortunately you fetched the wrong issue and scanned it: It's "Candy #12" edited by "Israel Waldman, I.W. Publishing" (1963, Super Comics). I.W. Publishing made 3 issues of "Candy", 12, 16 and 17, but these reissues aren't similar to the Candy's issue datas by Quality Comics (1947-1956)! Hope you'll get the chance to display the right Candy #17 very soon. Would be funny as all the others!
