If only for the cover and the first story, THIS IS ONE OF THE GREATEST CHARLTON COMICS EV-ER! That may be damning with faint praise, but remember that this is the same place where we got the real Captain Atom (both of 'em!), the genuine Blue Beetle (and the second BB, the Shazam one, became interesting in Ditko's flashbacks), the Pizzamaker, Grass Green's inimitable works, E-Man, Sarge Steel...the list goes on and on. But "Arf Arf," an intentionally goofy story, deserves a spot with the greatest of them. Ah, if only this had become a series. Even Herbie Popnecker would have had to take a back seat!
