Wow, as if Jane's dress wasn't cool enough, there's a feathered hat to go with it and her "enemy" has this neat sequined dress. It's funny how a book about planes has so much focus on boobs and high heels in it. The planes themselves are kinda disappointing if they even remember to feature them.

The cover of this issue (by Bob Lubbers) was "swiped" by Walter T. Johnson for Captain Science 3 (April 1951), changing the villain to an alien and the pursing plane to flying saucers. https://mexcine2.tumblr.com/post/143801455952/unclear-on-the-concept-of-aircraft-nose-art
