So Jonesy's one-pagers were expendable, and could be replaced with ads! I hope nobody told him. It would break his heart. I guess perhaps this means there are versions of the same sections that don't have the ads, right? Otherwise the Grand Comics Database would be wrong, and why would they make up a Jonesy story from whole cloth?
