Its funny how coincidence works.
Just last night I was looking at the relatively new hardcover collection of PAM's Johnny Danger. It features an article on Micky Spillane by Max Allen Collins - As Johnny Danger was hugely influenced by Spillane. In it he mentions that Spillane used to write for the Target character and used to do the two page text pieces, for which he was paid $24.00, a lot of money at the time. And next the "Random 12' brings up FourMostV102, which has one of those text pieces. Ain't life grand! |
