Linda asks Lorrie to impersonate her for a few days so she can go home and rest. Lorrie, accompanied by Jean, faces hordes of fans and others competing for her attention. Actor Gary urges “Linda” to break her contract and appear in a film with him, but Jean knows it’s just to revive his own career. Lorrie decides acting is not for her and goes back to her hometown and her waiting boyfriend.

The criminal shows up and plans to kills Tim but Sally—at Catherine’s urging—shoots Danny and saves her boyfriend.
