Issue #1 and #2 of this are definitely not what it says on the tin. Contains Jack Sparling's strip, 'Claire Voyant'. Sparling is unusual in that he got worse as he got older. Probably cared a lot less. This is excellent work.

Cheap to make: all newspaper reprints, mostly (to me) rather obscure strips, except Clare Voyant and Dotty Dripple.

However, I believe these are some of the only pages of CLAIR VOYANT still in existence.
