Submit a name for a comet and win the first prize of a trip to Hollywood and meet the stars and visit the set of American International Pictures film "Off on a Comet". Contest deadline was December 31, 1961. Promotion mentions the Charlton comic adaptation of this movie, however, it was never published because the movie was never made. Third page includes Gift Premiums by mail and a Charlton Toy Club catalogue.
