SynopsisAfter meeting Wendy at her home and having her turn down his marriage proposal, Jim is arrested for robbery. Wendy’s father refuses to allow her to give him an alibi for fear of scandal, and she is unable to defy him. Jim goes to prison. 6 years pass, and Wendy’s younger sister Jan falls in love with Jim, now calling himself Paul. Jim tells Wendy he really loves Jan. Wendy and Jan both defy their father and he writes a confession. Jan realizes Jim and Wendy are still in love and steps aside.
