SynopsisA group of saboteurs are using a mysterious ray to deflect radio beams in order to cripple air craft flying instruments, and a young Lieutenant is sent out to scout Death Mountain, believed hideout for the saboteurs. Meanwhile, a young draftee, Radior, astounds Camp Columbia with his physical powers, and he reveals to the camp commanding officer his origin and identity, and offers to follow Loughran to Death Mountain to deal with the saboteurs.
