NotesWriter revision from Witmer Williams to Toni Blum by Craig Delich 2013-12-30. The Who's Who indicates that Toni Blum wrote this feature in 1941-42 and that Williams was an artist only on this feature. Artist verification for Williams by the Who's Who. The strip was signed B. H. Apiary, which is a by-line on the strip and not a real person. The "Nancy", mentioned only in the splash and never seen in this story, may very well be a name change from Valerie Ransome, introduced in the last issue.
