Fearing Bull Dog's wrath, Rollo tries his best to get arrested, figuring the safest place to hide from Bull Dog is in prison. Despite his best efforts, Rollo can't get arrested. In the end, he learns that Bull Dog is happy due to a favorable insurance settlement. Once Rollo stops making efforts, though, he is arrested and in jail in no time.
