Trivia time: the villain in the green vest first appeared in a George Oleson "Hawk" story, and reappeared in a Dick Giordano "Nukla" comic. You can't keep a good swipe down!

Longley and two volunteers take Dirkson on a stage to the nearest marshal, in Paradise 80 miles away.
