Nice artwork on "Bullseye". (Which appears to have no connection whatsoever with the title created by Simon & Kirby in 1954.) Who was the artist? Could it have been Bob Fujitani, reverting to his original style?

Nope, it's Jack Sparling.

Jack Sparling was one of a number of artists who did better work in his early Golden Age days than he did later in his career. He did a lot of the John Wayne stories and all of them are excellent.
Cheers!
