I would sure like to know who's the artist on "Practice Makes Perfect." This guy did a fair amount of work for Charlton during a period of several years and has been identified as everyone under the sun. Here they say it's Bill Montes (it isn't). He's also not Tony Tallarico or Bill Fraccio. Somebody suggested Stan Campbell, but I'm not sufficiently familiar with Campbell to offer an opinion. I've wondered if it might be Lou Morales. There are similarities but Morales' signed work is better drawn. Does ANYBODY know for sure???
