Warren Tufts had a distinct lettering style and seemed to have lettered all his Rifleman stories...except here I notice that In several panels (e.g. page 3 panel 3, page 7 panels 3 and 4) have been (re?)lettered by one of the standard Dell letterers, the one whose characters lean backward slightly. Wonder why.

I don't have a scooby re. lettering but I've looked and I see what you mean. What I do know is that many of these Dell titles are nice little comics. That's a lovely panel, P. 27, top left. I'd much prefer to read a Rifleman comic than watch the t.v. show.
