Future comic book creator, Allen Bellman, going by his original name Isidore Bellman, is mentioned in the From Out of the Mail Bag segment as organizing the United Amateur Cartoonist Association from out of his home at 212 East 34th Street, Brooklyn, New York. The association distributes an official organ entitled, The Cartoon Journal.
