The first story originally appeared as Neddy Bear and the Elf in Frisky Fables #1. The character Dopsy Durvy was formerly known as Dipsy Doodle. I have often wondered why Dopsy Durvy had such an idiotic name. He first appears under that name in Frisky Fables v2 #2, with the explanation that he "turns fairy tales topsy turvy.".
