Gaylord Du Bois script credit confirmed as per page 181, Gaylord Du Bois's Account Books, Sorted by Title, compiled from the original account books by Randall W. Scott. Gaylord Du Bois script identification confirmation by David Porta (October 2013). Story continues on the inside back cover in black and white and concludes on the back cover in color.
