Gran trabajo. Saludos. Muchas gracias.

It could be argued that the story 'Escape to nowhere' is the basic idea behind the 'planet of the apes' universe. Just add apes. Link /?dlid=41409

Rather heavy-handed cold war metaphor. Nice little essay on the dangers of sound, though. Kim L. Neidigh

It's interesting! On the cover, Tarka is portrayed as a cross between Flash Gordon or Buck Rogers and John Carter, but inside, his Martian clothes are more like Adam Strange in the DC comics (although blue rather than red). I agree with the Australian Panther that the one story is a lot like Planet of the Apes. Add some animals with anthropomorphic intelligence and coordination and you'd have either than or Jack Kirby's Kamandi.

Interesting premise. Normally, when a comic book alien is banished from his home planet for a crime, he arrives on Earth to enslave it, not help it!

I love predictions about the future – especially ones made in the 1950s! The ones on page 2 batted zero LOL!
