NotesAn audition recording. Mr. Charteris introduces his character in a way so that he sounds very uncomfortable about being recorded. An engineering error causes double audio for a few seconds. There's been sabotage at an aircraft factory. The Saint investigates.

I didn't realize The Saint had been adapted for radio at this early date. It's a first-class production with good acting (Denis Green plays Simon Templar), music, and sound effects. The only weak part is Leslie Charteris, who seems a bit muddled during his introduction.
