Not bad, especially for its time (1952). Lots of nice NYC locations, lots of tough guys. Interesting that all the exteriors, except for a couple of scenes on the launch, were shot silent to save the hassle and expense of a sound crew. I like Ralph Bellamy, but he looks old and tired here. And in the next-week teaser he throws two of the phoniest punches in Golden Age television!
