Russ takes money from a gambler to throw a game and is arrested. Ginny learns he has been unfaithful to her as well. Hewitt, the son of Ginny's employer, who loves Ginny, puts up bail for Russ. Russ flees to Mexico. Ginny realizes she loves Hewitt, not Russ.

Remembering Colby, she doesn't date anyone until Joe comes along. Colby returns and Kathy says she's been faithful to him, but Colby is suspicious of Joe and the miner who left Kathy money. Joe punches Colby. Kathy realizes it's Joe she loves.
