Now that was some fine, fun work

This is a total blast, well done! I especially liked Lost in the Dark Shadows of Space, and totally agree that Korak has that perfect "Oh $#@!" look.

HAW! Jolly nice work, Sir Narfstar, & I enjoyed them, despite many going "woosh" over my head due to not being acquainted (believe it or not!) with the originals. Anyway, I totally cracked up over 'Dear Nancy Parker', 'Hot Rods, Gorgo & Racing" (and yes, THERE'S one comic I'd ALSO love to read - do you have any plans to share YOUR story?), 'Beany & Reptisaurus', 'Master Comics', 'Odd Teens (Honey Bun! LoL!) and my favourite: "Jealous Monsters". Thank you very much for creating & sharing these Mash-ups, and of course for all your years of hard work scanning! You and the rest of the ComicpbookPlus Crew have provided me with MANY many hours reading pleasure. :-) (P.S: Where can I find "The Charlton Arrowheads" Charlton Team-Ups? They didn't show up on a search here. Ta!)

With the exception of a few minor details, Samson and Dagar practically look like the same guy! Maybe they are parallel-universe counterparts of each other. Oh, and it should have been Tiger Girl versus Leopard Girl, except that Leopard Girl was only a backup feature (replacing Brothers of the Spear) in TARZAN OF THE APES, and so never appeared on any covers. Also, technically speaking, Tiger Girl was a superheroine, not a jungle girl. I'm surprised Leopard Girl never got promoted to her own comic book after Gold Key lost the license to Tarzan and Korak (two of their better sellers) to DC. Tiger Girl versus Cowboy Sahib (the only other tiger-riding character I can think of) would have been appropriate, but Cowboy Sahib was an ACG character who appeared in THE HOODED HORSEMAN. Pauline Peril really should have been menaced by Snidely Whiplash from DUDLEY DORIGHT,

I'm enjoying these. Well done Narfstar! When I came to this one and read the explanation at the bottom, I did a double-take and then took a good look at the rest of the cover. OH! 'Heroine' Team. Still, a 'Heroin' team would have been interesting. Maybe a group like 'Hourman' who get their powers from elixirs and pills. cheers!
