NotesPressbook for the 1966 TV run of Return of Captain America, which was a re-release of Republic Studios 1944 serial, Captain America. Apart from the costume, the serial bears little resemblance to the comic book hero, sparking speculation that it was originally conceived as a vehicle for another character. The actual pressbook is printed in Red and Blue ink only. An added version with Blacks added is included for legibility.

This is a surprise. I did not know that NTA even syndicated any of the Republic serials in their chapter-by-chapter form. I am aware of the "Century '66" package of feature versions of Republic serials. These were my introduction to many Republic serials, run on a local television station interrupted frequently by ads for local automobile dealerships. Curiously, I don't remember "Captain America" as being one of the serials that got edited into a feature.
