I like the ad headline for Streamline's comics: CHEAP AND WHOLESOME! That'd make a nice title for a romance story.

Looking at this again I'm struck by how suggestive the cover image is. Taken with the magazine title it clearly implies wedding night problems with, uh, physical intimacy. Doesn't really jibe with the "wholesome" part of "cheap and wholesome." Of course it has little to do with the stories inside. These stories appear to be reprints from American magazines; does anyone know for sure?

I would guess- and it's just a guess- that if they're US reprints at least a couple of the stories are from Fox. The repeat of the story title in a text panel starting the 2nd page is fairly common in Fox books, so that when they did their rebound giants with the 1st page on the inside missing the stories started slightly less abruptly. Even if I'm right, no idea what issues or even titles, though.
