That Gray Morrow cover is so fine!
   By K1ngcat
I really like Bob Powell's work inside, it's much more imaginative than his work in the short-lived 'Avenger' series. One of my favourite oldies, I'm pleased to see it appreciated here.

This is a reissue of Magazine Enterprises Jet Powers #2 with new cover.
   By The Australian Panther
The one thing I.W. got right was the new covers. I have a feeling that Andru and Esposito, who did most of them, took a commission to do them and farmed some out to their acquaintances. They also used John Severin and this one's by Grey Morrow. If someone had a collection of them and the time, a compilation of I,W. Covers might be worthwhile. Now that I think about it I.W's reprints did introduce me to the Golden Age Spirit, Plastic Man and Doll Man Cheers!.
