Biltybux disguises himself as a woman to avoid a process server. Bombo, also disguised, goes along. They're mistaken for cross-dressing crooks and are nearly arrested. Biltybux accepts the "summons" he's been dodging, only to learn it's just an invitation to a birthday party.
