NotesPreviously credited to Chester Martin pencils and possible inks, but Martin is credited only with issues 43 to 48 - . In the finale of the story in issue 48 Futura changes bodies with the villainess Iontra. I believe this was done to effect a change in artist, as Martin returns to providing spot illustrations for Fiction House pulps. The incoming artist in issue 49 emulates Martin's style but is quite distinctively different in panel layout and figures. The most blatant swipe is panel four of the first page in 49 - 'I am Futura' - which echoes the final panel in 48 - 'I am Iontra'.
