This very obscure British comic from 1945 was published by Philip Marx (PHILMAR) of London and Letchworth and is listed as having art by Reg Carter. There seems to have been only 1 issue. First time I've seen this in my puff, although hoover posted a link to the comic somewhere way back in 2014. If only I paid more attention.
