Art Credits for the Orig Art pages: Lighthouse Girl - Tom Hickey, He Melted My Heart - Bob Powell, I Was Betrayed - Ray Bailey

Odd...on the Bob Powell story all the bold words have been lettered separately and pasted into place. Wish one had fallen off so we could see what was underneath. Perhaps the letterer ignored instructions for boldface and did everything in plain text, so someone had to patch it up. The pasteovers certainly fit nicely. One would think the pasted over lettering would have to be squeezed to fit, since boldface takes up more space than plain text. This suggests a strange alternative. Maybe the original letterer chose to letter all the boldface words separately, then pasted them down as he went. I can't imagine why anyone would make all that extra work for himself.
