Art on the "Sky Rangers" story is interesting. Sometimes cartoony, sometimes straight, all with a distinct Will Eisner influence. Anyone know who it is? Italian artists worked on this feature, but this like an American artist to me.

GDC lists it as Charles Sultan, but that first page has an Eisner look about it.

Yes, the woman in the splash panel is a dead ringer for The Spirit's P'Gell.
