Synopsis
Bill clashes with his new neighbor.
Featuring
Bill Bumlin
Content
Genre: Humor | Characters: Bill Bumlin; Mrs. Bumlin; Hinky; Cornwall
Notes
Bill's nephew Hinky is called both "Hinkie" and "Hinky" by his aunt on page 5. In other stories in this series, the nephew is named "Dink" and seems to be the same as the title character in another Bernard Dibble strip, "Dink O'Day."
