Who the heck drew this? I'd swear from many of the faces that John Buscema was involved, but not all the poses add up.

Powerful message in this 'cartoon'. Today, we're foolishly legalizing marijuana in many states as if it is a harmless substance. It's not. Lots of drug users look for a better and stronger 'high'. That's how many go from pot to heroin. It's proven fact.
