Sitting here looking at this cover and thinking about the implications is giving me a headache. Especially since it illustrates the first story but the actual scene doesn't occur in the story.
I'm a teacher and like images that make people think and generate debate. This is a classic for that purpose.

The Art Of Al Williamson (1983 series) #[nn] only credits Al Williamson on this story, but Angelo Torres was working with Williamson on a lot of stories during this period. It's apparent that Torres did some penciling and/or inking.
