Is this comic public domain? It is black-and-white and contains a mildly interesting story involving a crime-fighting super model.

I can't find any info so far but it I wouldn't be surprised if the great "Australian" comic crush of the late 60s killed them. publisher may have gone out of business long before that.

Is there a way to easily check companies trademark?  I will also attempt to upload Spotlight Comics number one again.

I think copyright in Australia is a flat 50 years, but I'm not sure where I heard that...

Anybody know a good place to find public domain comics? Ive been searching for Golden Age Green Lama comics among others. But Im having a Fozzy of a bear of problem finding them.
