It would appear to be Wonder Comics #16, as only issues 15-17 feature all of these characters:
"Superheros Wonderman and Carol the Wondergirl. Tara Space Adventuress, The Grim Reaper Costumed Superhero, and Jill Trent Science Sleuth."

I have scans of 15 and 17 and neither feature the Wonderman splash depicted.

Same seller has these two really interesting minicomics also. Never heard of this version of the Black Phantom
would love to see these. I am about half a year away from having my house paid off so I am not spending on comics now if someone would like to get and post these and Puz-a-book it would be GREAT.

If I'm not mistaken Super Magician is a Street and Smith title and still under copyright so it is probably something we can't use here.
