Hello,
I wonder if I was in France Werewolf, Dracula and Frankenstein Dell comics, would I be sued for ilicite editions?

Are you referring to the Dell reimagining sod the characters as superheroes? This Werewolf (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Werewolf_(Dell_Comics)), Dracula (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dracula_(Dell_Comics)), and Frankenstein (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frankenstein_(Dell_Comics))? Those characters aren't the public domain characters in the original works. They're new characters, which use the name and elements from the public domain works. Those superheroes wouldn't be freely useable, but the original public-domain monsters would be. I hope this helps.

However the two companies Random House and Penny Press that bought the Dell properties do not claim the comics. These characters are being revived and will be appearing in new comics. Check out the Facebook pages for Dell Comics Heroes and InDELLible Comics

They are technically still under copyright even though orphaned
