I see that Bell Features is listed as a "suspect publisher." Does that mean you're not sure if its public domain? And if so, do you still accept submissions for titles (just in case you're able to confirm that it IS a "public domain" publisher)?

I ask because Canadian war-time comics will be the bulk of my contributions to this site, and I have an incomplete copy of Commando Comics #6 already scanned and ready to upload.
