"Golden Age of Comics" character statues...
« on: August 08, 2015, 01:07:07 AM »

Hello to everyone,

I have a "theoretical" question for you guys...

Would you be interested in a character statue or bust of some of the characters of "The golden Age of Comics"? (assuming if they would exist and would be a very good quality like the Bowen or Sideshow products)

For those who don't know about these characters, there are some examples...

Your answers are more than appreciated...
Thank you! :)

One of our members has tried it. http://goldenagefigurines.storenvy.com/ you could ask him how worthwhile it is to try. I have three of the four.

Hello narfstar,

thank you for the response. I tried several times to contact Jared, but I didn't receive a response. In one way or another I am interested in produce statues and not figurines. There is a difference mainly in the sizes and prices. While one figurine is between 4 and 6 inches tall and could cost 25 dollars each, a statue is between 20 and 30 inches and could cost 200 or 300 dollars each. For that reason I wrote my post to know your opinion...Would you buy a product like this guys?  ::)

Thank you!

As I understand it he just didn't sell enough to continue doing it.

His Twitter account mentions wanting to get back into collectibles, but I'm not sure if that means figurines.

He has done a book of unproduced car designs that's rather nice.
