I think all Kirby pubs are non PD. Is that the case?

I left some non-PD books off this version of the list.  I'm not sure on the Kirby pubs books.
JC?  Opinion?

If there are any non-PD books on this list please remove them to avoid confusion down the road.

There are definitely books published by Simon and Kirby that were never renewed.  The best bet is to get issue numbers and (especially) years, and I can probably figure out the situation without too much trouble.

I see that we still have a few 'Airfighters Comics' gaps left to fill and as there was only about twenty issues of this title before it was taken over by Airboy and retitled it would be nice to see a complete run of this series here one day.

I'm currently working with FIVE different people and it's stressing my organizational skills to their limit. I'm NOT the world's most together guy when it comes to keeping records (witness just how many duplicates I bought over the years). So, despite my desire to see this project pick up speed, adding another scanner is iffy at the moment. Your offer is appreciated and will be remembered if anything (or anyone) changes.

This is a list of comics owned by JVJ which aren't yet scanned. Since JVJ doesn't appear to own any Crimes By Women issues, why would we add them to the list?

I haven't seen any good Gunmoll comics for a while, even though I search through every Gangster/Crime-related comic series on this site.
