Just became an active member, after having been more of a drive-by downloader a while back.

Used to work in a "new comic" shop, that shared space with an "old comic" shop, back in Minnesota.  As a result, I got to read a lot of golden- and silver-age comics, and really dig the sci-fi stuff - especially for the fantastic artwork and wild imaginative stories.  The brains were really working back then, and I can't get enough of the wild speculative stuff that was conceived prior to the space program.

It's great to find this out-of-print classic stuff here, and be able to download it into my own personal library, and as such I've also become a subscribing member.  Thanks to the staff for the work and effort providing this escapism!

I look forward to all the wonderous reading!  ;D
