Public Domain Comic Book Network dramatizes all your favorite Golden Age comic characters (if your favorite comic book characters are obscure D-listers from companies that haven't existed for half a century).

But first, a word from our sponsors:
The only cola beverage that will save you from a whale
Frozen pop treats (police approved)
Chewy Chocolate Candy that will make you smart, athletic and popular
And Vacutex, zit-removal for you and your sister

Andy playlist (Archie-style comedy)
Cross-Draw Kid playlist (Western action!)
Yellowjacket playlist (superhero with a bee fetish)

And so comes the Halloween Special, featuring werewolves, witches, Little Red Riding Hood, three or more huntsmen, and a twist ending to bring M. Night Shyamalan to tears. Adapting the Little Red Riding Hood story from Fantastic Fears #2 (Ajax-Farrell)

Who is the mysterious crime boss of the city? Why is this guy called the Mad Hatter, despite not wearing a hat? Why does a guy so terrible at fighting continue to get into fights? Only one of these questions is answered in: "A Date with the Mad Hatter!"

Thanks! I think my edits have gotten a little cleaner since Yellowjacket, but I immediately fell in love with that character from the line "they didn't know I'm one of those rare people that bees don't sting."

The Cross-Draw Kid returns, this time in a yellow shirt! From Western Adventures #2, our (my) favorite cowboy helps a young man clear his name by brazenly charging into a well-defended mesa, threatening an innocent woman with a branding iron, and throwing a box of bullets into a pot-bellied stove. Hero!

Golden Age Influences: Riverdale and the Golden Age of Teen Humor Comics

As a guy with a slight obsession with Archie knockoffs, it seemed like this was a fine excuse to do a short retrospective of the genre:
