On advice from Kracalactaka  I've changed the cover to full sized version and have also renumbered the pages to all double digit. Instead of 1,2,3 etc they are now 01, 02 etc. It will be appreciated if you could remove this one from the data base and replace with the revised Jumbo #70 upload. I really appreciate Kracalactaka's very kind assistance and advice. Sincerely. David Miles
