Hi Gang,
At the risk of creating a monster I know we have a LOT of incomplete books how about we start a list of incomplete scans here.
IF you find a book with missing STORY PAGES we especially want to know.
Missing ad pages are a personal preference.  Some scanners don't care about the ads, or text pages.  Frankly I find most of them easily forgettable myself but I've also always believed it's easier to delete than to add as no doubt this thread will prove.

For now LET'S NOT INCLUDE SCANS ONLY MISSING ADS JUST TO KEEP THE LIST WITHIN A REASONABLE LENGTH.

I'll start a list here going by PUBLISHER then TITLE/ISSUE NUMBER and then MISSING CONTENT.

If possible please list exactly which pages are missing.  ie pg20 assuming the first scan is pg1. 
I know many scanners start with pg 00-fc, 00-ifc but this could confuse us.

The First scan of any book as far as this list is concerned will be called PAGE 1 ok?  Reasonable?

Jim was going to do TIFF scans.  I planned on converting them to JPGs and then doing the merge but I know you are very capable of handling the job.

Here is the list of incomplete books I've been working on.
Note that I've not bothered to make mention of any ad pages that may be missing from issues, and any humor strips missing from generally non-humor comics may not be listed as they are not always recorded as having appeared therein, according to the information I have access to (eg. Keltner).

I've tried to make this list as accurate as possible, but there have probably been some mistakes made along the way, so don't be surprised if you should find them.  Also, I haven't always used the page numbering system you advocate, mainly because I can't always be certain what the numbers for missing pages would be.

I have now formatted this list more or less as Yoc's model, but just to make sure that everyone can understand it, here are some explanatory notes:
   For "front cover", "inside front cover", "inside back cover", & "back cover" I've used the fairly standard abbreviations of "fc", "ifc", "ibc", & "bc".
   Anything in ALL CAPS is a comic strip feature.  And any time the letters A, B, C, and/or D, follow a feature title (such as "AVENGER C & D"), this to indicate that feature had more than one appearance in that issue.
   The phrase "text pages" can refer to text stories, puzzles, articles, etc.

NOTE: Yellowjacket #7 is missing 2 pages of the Diana the Huntress story, but I found I had a Bill Nolan scan of this story already, so I've edited these 2 fill-in pages to match the size of the rest of the book as it is on the site, and they are in my ftp folder right now (go get 'em, Yoc!).

The numbering of the first ten pages of Science uses a single digit.  Some programs sort those right and some don't.  Comic Book Viewer is one of those that doesn't.

The pages that are missing are the ones numbered internally as 36 37 46 47 along with ifc ibc bc.  Page 35 also has major pieces missing. 

According to GCD:
ifc:  a feature called "Science Fights Crime"
36:  Build a Plane
37:  Build a Super-Locomotive
46-7: text story
ibc:  5 Direct Hits (house ad for Wonderworld, Mystery Men Fantastic, Science and Weird)
bc:  Johnson & Smith 30 small ads

Well, like I said, guys, don't be surprised if there are some errors.  I started this list in late March and some things were updated that escaped my notice.  I had been checking over the list before I posted it, but it was likely that I'd have missed something somewhere--good catch, Jon.

As for Prize and not Spark, I'm always getting tripped up by the fact that both had series with the Green Lama (my favorite feature of both Prize and Green Lama comics)...

Huh, I actually don't know how that one got into my list.  But obivously I got my scans form somewhere else (I'm not sure just where, now).  However, my scans have NO WATERMARK of any kind that I can see on them.  I promise there were never any GM markings on them any anytime that I've had them.

But,  knowing what a sensitive issue this is,  I'll let greater powers than myself be the judge as to whether or not they should be here.  I've placed the scans in a .cbz file in my ftp folder  so that they can be checked out and, if found worthy, put in with their Exciting Comics brethren.

Just checked, right.  I think those came from either Bill Nolan or Steve Roger's sites.  Very incomplete but better than a stick in the eye.

Since we do have GM scans for the whole issue I am NOT gonna do fills for this one, at least at the present time.  There's a lot more stuff we don't have any scans for, and they're more worth my effort.  BTW, there's another ish of EXCITING on the FTP, so you can grab it.

Thanks, Yoc.  I also filled out two other issues of EXCITING, the last ones I can complete, and they're on the FTP.  (I have other issues of EXCITING to do, but they're full issues.)  Also, I'm uploading another MARVEL FAMILY, which hopefully will be there not long after you read this.  All yours.

EDIT:  I went ahead and added the missing 2 pages to PEP COMICS #64, the only missing MLJ I have.  It's on the FTP.

ANOTHER EDIT:  I'm posting a complete version of CAPTAIN MARVEL, JR. #37 to the FTP, so you can take that off the list.

STILL ANOTHER EDIT:  I posted c2c versions of WHIZ #102 and 109 to the FTP, and I think they're nms, but what the hey.

I've merged everyone's lists so far into my first list - anyone finding more please post them here.

And anyone with fills PLEASE download the incomplete book to double check exactly which pages are missing.
PLEASE scan and merge the pages with the existing page if you can and reupload the entire book.
If you can only scan the missing pages please let me know and we can sort it out.
