This is Ghost Woman - but it's filed under 'Star Studded Comics' which is on the thumbnail but not on the site.
Is it on the site but just not linked?

I don't understand this either, Panther.  The stories are from Star Studded Comics nn, 1945, published by Superior Publishers Ltd., Toronto.  There were 2 issues and this is the shorter of the 2 bumper issues with 132 pages.  The other issue has 196 pages with different content and, according to Overstreet, some copies of the bigger issue have Blue Beetle  stories.
Overstreet lists publisher as Cambridge House/Superior Publications and you'll see a thumbnail of the cover of the Ghost Woman version comic on the Cambridge page.
Be nice if someone could turn up the whole book. ;)

I missed out on a copy for $40 bucks about a year ago. I waited too long and it was gone
