just want to clarify which comics are ok to upload, 
my understanding is that Teenage Hotrodders, Hot Rod racers and Hot rods and racing cars up to no 88 are ok,
what about their other titles such as Top Eliminator,  Drag n' wheels, Drag-Strip Hotrodders, Grand Prix, World of Wheels, and Surf'n' wheels

If some one could point me in the write direction

Teenage Hotridders - all are okay
Hot Rod racers - all are okay
Hot Rods and Racing Cars - yes, up to 88 are okay

as for the others

Top Eliminator - first 2 should be okay
Drag n' wheels - NO, they are all copyrighted
Grand Prix - first 2 should be okay
World of Wheels- first 2 should be okay
Surf'n' wheels - NO, they are all copyrighted
Drag-Strip Hotrodders - all are okay

Andy the copyright notice is the key. Starting in the 1968 issues the copyright on the first page said copyright date and Charlton all together making them not public domain.

If no title then just chuck them in the main Charlton section and I'll make the new sections and move them :)
