Can I see, why a specific Comic is in the public domain?
« on: February 10, 2015, 10:10:46 PM »

Hallo everyone,

Is there any way to find out, why a specific Comic in the database of Comicbook+ is considered to be in the public domain?

The copyright in my country strongly differs from US-laws. And to decide wether a work is also in the public domain here, I would need to know the reason why it is in the public domain at all. (I know for example, that a work whose copyright simply wasn't renewed, would not be in the public domain according to our laws)
