No, phrankenstign the colors are wrong for the Famous First Edition's cover. http://www.comics.org/issue/371501/cover/4/

Looking at the scan here you can clearly see a spine curve on the book, although looking at the scan of Whiz Comics #2 at the GCD even more differences show up http://www.comics.org/issue/651/cover/4/

The triangle here just says “Fawcett Publication” at the GCD “A Fawcett Publication”.
Here one gangster is thrown from the car, at the GCD 2 gangsters.

Was this a Canadian publication of Whiz or something else?
